شنايدر إلكتريك وLMD توقعان مذكرة تفاهم لتقديم حلول إدارة المدن الذكية لعدد من المشروعات في مصر ودبي

أعلنت شركة شنايدر إلكتريك العالمية المتخصصة في مجال التحول الرقمي لإدارة الطاقة والتحكّم الآلي، وشركة LMD الرائدة في مجال العقارات، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم لتطبيق حلول متطورة ومستدامة لإدارة المدن الذكية لعدد من مشروعات الشركة في مصر والامارات العربية المتحدة. تشمل الاتفاقية مشروعي Stei8ht و One Ninety في مصر، بالإضافة إلى مشروعات شركة LMD في دبي ، لتنفيذ حلول المباني الذكية وبرمجيات أڤيڤا(AVEVA) ، لإدارة نظم ومرافق المشروعات والحد من الانبعاثات الكربونية وتعزيز ممارسات الطاقة الصديقة للبيئة في المشروعات.

تم توقيع الاتفاقية على هامش مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة لتغير المناخ (COP 28) المنعقد بمدينة دبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بحضور السيد سيباستيان رييز، رئيس شنايدر إلكتريك لمنطقة شمال شرق أفريقيا والمشرق العربي، والسيدة أمل الشاذلي، نائب رئيس شركة شنايدر إلكتريك لأفريقيا والشرق الأوسط لقطاع الطاقة الرقمية والجديدة وبرمجيات إدارة الطاقة، والمهندس عمرو سلطان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة LMD ، والسيد حمد العبار الشريك المدير لشركة LMD UAE.

بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، ستقوم شنايدر إلكتريك بتزويد مشروعات شركة LMD UAE وLMD Egypt بحلولها المتكاملة لإدارة المباني الذكية كجزء من حرصها الدائم علي تعزيز شراكتها مع القطاع الخاص. وتشمل هذه الحلول مركز العمليات الموحد من أڤيڤا، الذي يتيح التحكم المركزي للمشروع من خلال إمكانية المراقبة الآمنة لكافة العمليات باستخدام نموذج إدارة الأصول والتحليل اللحظي للعمليات، والإنذارات، والأحداث والبيانات المخزنة وتحويلها لمصدر معلومات موحد بالإضافة إلى إدارة استهلاك المياه وأنظمة الري، وتوفير نظام يمكن تطويره ليشمل عدد أكبر من المرافق والعمليات، وتعزيز العمليات التشغيلية للموارد والتأكد من إتاحتها على مدار الساعة مثل المصاعد والسلالم الكهربائية وغيرها. كما ستقوم شنايدر إلكتريك بتوفير لوحات الجهد المتوسط، ووحدات الربط الحلقية، ونظام إدارة المباني، وأنظمة منع انقطاع التيار، ومفاتيح النقل الاوتوماتيكي ASCO ATS، ونظام SCADA لإدارة الطاقة والتحكم لمختلف المشروعات.

وتعليقًا على هذه الاتفاقية، صرح السيد سيباستيان رييز، رئيس شنايدر إلكتريك لمنطقة شمال شرق أفريقيا والمشرق العربي بأن: “التوسع في تبني حلول الاستدامة، هدف عالمي في ظل التأثر بالتغيرات المناخية، لذلك تساعد تطبيقات شنايدر إلكتريك على خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية وتقليل استهلاك الطاقة، حيث تشير الدراسات أنه بحلول عام 2050، ستصبح المنازل أكبر مستهلك للكهرباء، ونحن على ثقة أن حلولنا المتكاملة في إدارة مباني المستقبل ستساعد شركة LMD، على تطبيق مفهوم المدينة الذكية في مشروعاتها بدبي وايضًا بمشروعيها في مصر Stei8ht وOne Ninety، لتحقيق هدفنا المشترك وهو تعزيز الاستدامة والعمل من أجل عالم ذو مناخ إيجابي باستخدام التكنولوجيا.”

السيد حمد العبار، الشريك المدير لشركة LMD UAE، أكد أهمية الاتفاقية كجزء من اهتمام الشركة الكبير لتطبيق عناصر الاستدامة في مشاريعها وأعرب قائلا: ” نحن سعداء بالتعاون مع شنايدر بهدف تعزيز جهود LMD UAE في تطوير مشاريع متوافقة مع اتجاهات التنمية المستدامة العالمية وحفظ البيئة. يهدف هذا التعاون إلى تطوير استراتيجيات تعزز الحلول السكنية الفعالة، مع التركيز على استخدام الطاقة المستدامة ، وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة وتقليل انبعاثات الكربون عبرمشاريعنا من أجل بيئة مستدامة. تشمل الشراكة مجموعةمشاريع LMD UAE، مثل Boutique XII، وMarina Living، وBoutique 23. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يشمل اتفاق الشراكة مشروعين من مشاريع LMD Egypt – One Ninety وStei8ht – واللذان يعتبران أمثلة حقيقية على المجتمعات الحضرية المتكاملة التي نفذت بنجاح عناصر الاستدامة الأساسية.”

يبلغ إجمالي حجم استثمارات مشروع One Ninety 42 مليار جنيه مصري، ويشغل مساحة شاسعة تبلغ 344،315 متر مربع. يتميز المشروع بموقع استراتيجي عند تقاطع شارع التسعين الجنوبي مع الطريق الدائري، حيث يتميز بتصاميمه الفريدة والمرافق والخدمات التي تضمن أقصى مستويات الرفاهية والتطوير للمقيمين والزوار على حد سواء. ويتضمن المشروع منطقة W Residences Cairo التي تديرها ماريوت إنترناشونال، وتقدم منطقة سكنية فندقية فريدة إلى جانب مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات الترفيهية والفنية والثقافية. يُذكر أن One Ninety يضم أول منطقة للتصميم في مصر (CDD)، ويضم فنادق عالمية مثل W Cairo و Aloft Hotel. المشروع يخضع لإدارة كاملة من قبل “Hill International”. وعلاوة على ذلك، يتمتع Stei8ht، المجتمع الحصري للفلل السكنية الذي يمتد على مساحة 1.5 مليون متر مربع تحت إشراف LMD Egypt، بموقع استراتيجي في القاهرة الجديدة. يسعى هذا المشروع إلى دمج عناصر الحياة المعاصرة، مع وجود أكثر من 2000 وحدة سكنية، ومركز تجاري وإداري شامل، بالإضافة إلى معارض متنوعة ومناطق ترفيهية ومساحات خضراء خلابة.

Schneider Electric and LMD Sign MOU to Provide Smart City Management Solutions for LMD’s Projects in Egypt and UAE

Cairo, Egypt: December 7, 2023 – Schneider Electric, the global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, and LMD, the leading real estate company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to implement cutting-edge sustainable solutions for smart city management in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. The scope of the agreement covers One Ninety and Stei8ht projects in Egypt and LMD UAE projects in Dubai, to deploy smart building solutions and AVEVA software to manage systems and facilities, reduce carbon emissions, and promote environmentally friendly energy practices in the projects.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, UAE by Sebastien Riez, Cluster President of Schneider Electric Northeast Africa and Levant, and Amel Chadli, Middle East and Africa Digital Energy, New Energy Landscape and Energy Management Software Vice President, Schneider Electric, Eng. Amr Sultan CEO of LMD, and Mr. Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner of LMD UAE.

Under the agreement, Schneider Electric will offer integrated smart building management solutions to LMD UAE and LMD Egypt, as a part of its goal to strengthen partnerships with the private sector. Schneider Electric’s portfolio of solutions encompasses AVEVA’s Unified Operations Center, enterprise-wide operations using an asset model to apply context to real-time processes, alarms, events, and archived data creating a single, common information stream that makes system design and maintenance more efficient and flexible. The system also effectively manages water consumption for irrigation and usage, in addition to implementing a scalable system that enables the integration of the processes and facilities along with enhancing the availability and functionality of the resources around the clock such as elevators and escalators. Schneider Electric will also supply medium voltage panels, loop modules, building management systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), ASCO automatic transfer switches (ATS), and SCADA power management and control systems for diverse projects.

Sebastien Riez, Cluster President of Schneider Electric Northeast Africa and Levant, commented on the MoU saying, “Adopting sustainability solutions on a larger scale is a global target as climate change challenges persist. Studies indicate that homes will become the biggest consumer of electricity by 2050. The One Ninety project boasts a total investment of EGP 42 billion, occupying a vast area of 344,315 square meters. Situated strategically at the junction of South 90th Street and the Ring Road, One Ninety stands out with its unique designs, amenities, and services, ensuring the pinnacle of luxury and refinement for both residents and visitors. Featuring the W Residences Cairo managed by Marriott International, it offers a distinctive hotel residential area alongside an array of entertainment, art, and cultural services. Notably, One Ninety houses Egypt’s pioneering design district, CDD, and hosts globally recognized hotels like W Cairo and Aloft Hotel. The project is under the complete management of “Hill International.”

Furthermore, Stei8ht, an exclusive residential villa community spanning 1.5 million square meters under LMD Egypt, boasts a prime location in New Cairo. This project strives to merge contemporary living elements, featuring over 2,000 units, a comprehensive commercial and administrative hub, as well as diverse galleries, entertainment zones, and lush green spaces.
